Liuba Lencova Besheva

A lawyer and a Public Translator Bulgarian language degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.

Master's degree in corporate Law from the Universidad Austral (2005). Thesis: “The covenant of syndication of actions such as trust”
Master's degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Austral (2013). Thesis: “The trust of the cost. Its treatment in the main national taxes”.

Has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Procedural Law and Commercial given by the Austral University (Argentina, 2015) and other post-graduate studies on Real Estate Transactions, Trusts and Capital Market in the Southern University.

From 2003 until 2019, she served as an Assistant Professor in the department of Commercial Law of Dr. Rovira in the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of the art Trading Companies in the chair of Dr. Mizrahi at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.

He has been a member of jury assessment of dissertations master's degree in the Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, and invited Professor at the Business School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.

She served as an advisor in the National Congress (the Chamber of Deputies and subsequently Chamber of Senators) in concluding his public role as an advisor to Senator Federico Pinedo on issues of commercial law in the year 2019. In this capacity, he acted as coordinator of the team of Deputy Pinedo in the Commission of the Draft reform of the Criminal Code and the Draft reform of the Law of Bankruptcy (currently sanctioned as law) and was appointed Secretary of the Committee of Reform of the General corporation Law (Expte. 1726/2019 of the Honorable Senate of the Nation).

He is a member of the Public School of Translators of the Federal Capital of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies, the College of Lawyers of San Isidro, of the Public College of Lawyers of the Federal Capital (Buenos Aires), the Argentine Institute of Business Law of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section, and GO-Global.

Between 2004 and 2019, she was a member of the Argentine Chamber of Trusts and Funds, Direct Investment in Productive Activities, while integrating the steering Committee and the Technical Committee's Legal for several exercises.

Actively participates as a speaker in Seminars and Conferences related to corporate law.

Read, speak and write in the languages English, Bulgarian, Russian and English.

Nicholas Zaballa

Lawyer, graduated with the Diploma of Honour of the University of Buenos Aires, with a focus on Public International Law.

Master in Law (LL.M.) by the Austral University, with guidance on the Right of Economic Regulation. Thesis: “The expropriation public and the protection of foreign investments”.

Has a Diploma in Arbitration given by the Austral University (Argentina, 2017) and other post-graduate studies on the Law of the Integration (University of Alcalá de Henares, Spain, 2014), on International Trade and Negotiation (Fundación ICBC, Argentina, 2014), on the Legal Regime of the Agribusiness (Austral University, Argentina, 2015), and on Compliance Management Systems and anti-Corruption (IRAM, Argentina, 2018).

He has developed experience in advising and representing national and international companies in corporate and government affairs, contract negotiations, project financing, reorganizations, corporate and restructuring, complex litigation and commercial arbitration, domestic and international.

He has participated in arbitrations under the ICC Rules, Rules, UNCITRAL, before the General Court of Arbitration of the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires, before the Court of Arbitration for General and Mediation of the chamber of Notaries of the City of Buenos Aires, to the Business Center of Mediation and Arbitration, and also in arbitrations ad-hoc.

In the public sector, he has served as a legal adviser at the ministry of Trade of the Nation, and as Undersecretary of Entrepreneurs, Smes and Cooperatives in the Ministry of Production of the Province of Buenos Aires.

Integrates the Institute of International Law and the Working Group on Trade and Economic Integration International of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI).
